Igor (Russian: Игорь (:ˈiɡərʲ); Ukrainian: Ігор (Ihor); Belarusian: Ігар (Ihar) (:ˈiɣar)) is a given name derived from the Norse name Ingvar, that was brought to ancient Rus' by the Norse Varangians, in the form ''Ingvar'' or ''Yngvar''.
